The Re-Emergence of the Kansas City Chiefs
"Just when they could be counted out, The Chiefs left no doubt." The Houston Texans tallied a 24-0 lead early in the second quarter when Patrick Mahomes threw four touchdowns in the same quarter to take the lead. No other team, down twenty-four nothing, has accomplished such a feat. Not staying complacent, the Chiefs scored fifty-one points by the end to the Texans thirty-one points. The Chiefs advance to their second consecutive AFC Championship game, facing the Tennessee Titans.
